ECCS-control is the basic of our company: to manage and control your home.
If you wish to entrust us with this service, you can hire our basic service.
The basic service includes a fortnightly control of the following items in your home:
▪ Electricity.
▪ Water.
▪ Gas supply and gas-oil tank level.
▪ Cleanliness of the whole house.
▪ Swimming pool maintenance and quality of the water.
▪ Garden maintenance.
▪ Potential damages in doors, windows, locks and gates.
▪ Special control of damages in case of adverse climatic conditions.
Obviously, any damages found in your house will be reported to you immediately.
Besides the basic service we can also provide the following special services:
▪ Alarm service: ECCS is the contact point for the alarm system in your home.
▪ Heating system: ECCS turns on the heating system in your home and in the swimming pool before your arrival, and turns it off after your departure.
▪ Fax and/or e-mail service: You may send or receive documents during your stay.
Every month we will e-mail you a summary of the work done on your house, together with a report of the expenses with photographs of the eventual repairs.

ECCS-co-ordination
ECCS-co-ordination provides a series of special services related to your forthcoming stay in your home. These services will make an easy start of your holidays and include the following:
▪ Co-ordination and communication between the owner and the company in charge of management and maintenance of your home (in case ECCS is not taking care of it).
▪ Maintenance of your car and eventually the MOT, if applicable.
▪ Take care of buying the food you will need upon arrival.
▪ Cleaning and annual inspection of the heater or the gas/diesel oil boiler.
▪ Transport from/to the train station or airport.
▪ Estimates for the maintenance or improvements that can be done in your home or garden.
ECCS-services
The third important section in our company is ECCS-services. ECCS-services will do its best to make your stay as pleasant and relaxed as possible. These special services add comfort and luxury to your holidays.
We can provide:
▪ Baby-sitting
▪ Catering
▪ Organization of activities such as balloon or ULM flights, SCUBA diving,r excursions by boat or 4x4
▪ Provide a private guide to visit cities, museums or natural parks in Catalonia. A private guide will take you to places you would never find on your own.
These three main sections are composed of sub departments, such as ECCS-cleaning,
ECCS-gardening, ECCS-swimming pools, ECCS-Building and refurbishing works.
ECCS-cleaning
You may contract this service at your convenience. You can choose the cleaning frequency to suit your needs, e.g., once every fortnight when you are away, or twice a week when you are in. You can also have your house cleaned before your arrival. Everything is possible!
ECCS-gardening
This service takes care of the general garden maintenance and includes, amongst others:
▪ Lawn maintenance and watering
▪ Preventive plague treatment of plants
▪ Installation and maintenance of sprinkler systems
▪ Design and decoration of your garden according to your taste, with new plants, flower beds, trees, palm trees, etc.
ECCS-swimming pools
This service provides a comprehensive maintenance of your swimming pool, including:
▪ Regular cleaning and maintenance
▪ Water quality control
▪ Filter control
▪ Eventual water leak control
▪ Filling up or emptying the swimming pool, and closing it for winter.
ECCS-building activities & renovations
This service provides help and advice on refurbishing or any other type of works in your home.
ECCS can take care of co-ordinating and organizing the works, freeing you of the need to worry about anything. We will do our best to comply with your wishes and survey that the works are done correctly. This means that ECCS will take care of the works, or will outsource specific tasks to specialized companies.
